الرمز : Cdic السوق: نازداك القطاع: طبي - مراقبة القلب عدد الاسهم المصدره : 48 مليون سهم القيمه السوقيه بتاريخ 24-4-2006 : 74 مليون دولار اخر سعر الان 24-4-2006 = 1.52 دولار ادنى سعر خلال سنه = 1.02 دولار في تاريخ 12-5-2005 اعلى سعر خلال سنه =2.53 دولار في تاريخ 29-11-2005 متوسط كمية التداول خلال سنه = 350 الف سهم يوميا. متوسط التدوال خلال شهر = 800 الف سهم يوميا. طبيعة عمل الشركه: اجهزه للقلب ومراقبة تدفق الدم ملاحظات ايجابيه وسبب التوصيه: - شراء انسايدر (المدراء وغيرهم) للشركه بكميات كبيره على هذه الاسعار... اخرها حوالي 140 الف سهم بسعر 1.60 دولار.. - زيادة حصة شركة بالياسني فيها الى حوالي 9.9 %. - رسم بياني ولا اروع ،اتوقع وصولها الى 1.80 دولار وبعدها الى 2.10 دولار ومن ثم ان شاء الله 4 دولار (فنيا). هذا التفصيل باللغه الانجليزيه صدر بتاريخ 19-4-2006 وهو يوضح الشراء الكثيف للمدراء في الشركه ،،، وهذا يدل على ان المدراء من مده يقومون بالشراء ،،، كما يشرح طبيعة عمل الشركه واسباب انخفاضها ...الخ Over the past week, seven CDIC insiders have bought a total of 89.4K shares at $1.23-1.26 (roughly $112K worth). The co's Chairman, CEO and CFO were among the buyers, with the Chairman buying the largest chunk of stock (40K shares). Today, holder Balyasny Asset Management disclosed disclosed a 9.9% stake in the co, up from the 6.8% stake disclosed on 2/14. CDIC is down sharply over the past few years, losing over 80% in 2 years, due in large part to disappointing financial results. In recent trading the stock came off its 52-week low of $1.02 made on 11/29/05, but has fallen 23% from recent highs made in the beginning of April. CDIC develops, manufactures and markets noninvasive I.C.G. diagnostic and monitoring devices, proprietary I.C.G. sensors and a broad array of medical device electrodes. The co's proprietary and patented I.C.G. technology noninvasively quantifies the mechanical functioning of the heart and monitors the heart's ability to deliver blood to the body... On the operations front, the co reported Q1 earnings on 4/6 with EPS of -$0.07 vs -$0.01 last year on sales that declined 33% YoY to $6.5 mln. The co also announced it has executed a letter of intent for the sale of $4 mln of convertible debt securities to its largest institutional shareholder. While the recent earnings were disappointing and the stock has underperformed over the longer term, the recent insider buying makes CDIC a name to watch. توصية جميلة وموفقة ان شاء الله
انا اشتريتها اول ما طلع خبر الانسايدر انه اشترى فيها قبل كم يوم اخذتها بسعر 1.22 واللي شجعني انه اول ما طلع خبر الانسايدر في البريفنق صار شراء مكثف وارتفع الى حدود 1.42 وبعدين رجع للعشرين فاشتريته اتمنى للجميع التوفيق
